2-year warranty on all devices.
Begins at the point of device activation.
Rapid exchange - when a device needs to be replaced.
Facebook will ship a device from their warehouse in advance of receiving the faulty device from the customer.
Reach out to Oculus for Business customer support (CS).
Provide CS with Device Manager ID and device serial number.
Customer support will initiate a swap of the old serial numbers returning to the factory.
CS will ship a new device to customer.
Device Manager will reflect new serial numbers.
Replaced device will need to be activated by the Device Setup app.
Note: RMA does not reset the clock for warranty or subscription.
