Workplace Account Setup


Learn how to create your free Workplace account to use with Oculus for Business.


Note: If you haven't received an email from Oculus for Business (do_not_reply@oculus.com or do_notreply@fbworkmail.com), you haven't been invited to join Oculus for Business yet. Please don't proceed with further steps until you receive an email invite from Oculus for Business.

Workplace by Facebook is the account management layer for Device Manager, the web portal used to manage headsets. Workplace connects to your company to allow administrators to use company login information on an Oculus headset.

To set up Workplace with Oculus for Business:

  1. Find the Oculus for Business setup email from one of these senders:

    • do_not_reply@oculus.com

    • do_notreply@fbworkmail.com

  2. Continue to follow the steps in the email to connect your Workplace account to Oculus for Business.

If you have any issues or have not received an Oculus for Business setup email, please contact Support.

Note: If you haven't received an email from Oculus for Business (do_not_reply@oculus.com or do_notreply@fbworkmail.com), you haven't been invited to join Oculus for Business yet. Please don't proceed with further steps until you receive an email invite from Oculus for Business.

As an Oculus for Business customer you are entitled to a free Essential Plus Workplace account. The only way for you to gain access to your free account is by following the instructions in your welcome email.

If you have any issues or have not received an Oculus for Business setup email, please contact Support.

Oculus for Business customers should always create their free Workplace account using the link in the Oculus for Business welcome email.

Workplace trial accounts are not supported by Oculus for Business. If you started a Workplace free trial to use Oculus for Business, please use the link from your Oculus for Business welcome email to create a new Workplace account.
