Oculus Touch controllers come pre-paired to the headset that they're shipped with. If you have controller pairing issues after the device is provisioned, try restarting your headset. To do this:

  1. With your headset on, hold the power button on the top of your headset down until you're prompted with a shutdown screen.

  2. Select Restart to reboot your headset.

Once it turns back on, press any button on the controllers. You should see a light above the A/B and X/Y buttons on each controller. If you don't, check the battery in each controller and make sure they're properly seated.

You can also manually pair Touch controllers with your Oculus for Business headset. Pairing controllers is an admin action and will require an Admin PIN to complete.

To pair Touch controllers to your Oculus for Business headset:

  1. Select your company logo icon from the Universal Menu at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Enter your Admin PIN.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Device, then select Controllers.

  5. Select Pair, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing setup.

Keep in mind, you can only have one set of Touch controllers paired to a headset at a time.
