What is included in Oculus for Business support and warranty?+
Our advanced enterprise support offering provides hardware and software support via a dedicated help center, chat, email, and phone during the license period. Oculus for Business products also come with an extended 24-month hardware warranty including advanced exchange as needed.
What is the difference between the consumer device in a retail store and the enterprise ones?+
There are no hardware differences between the consumer and the enterprise devices. The device customers will be receiving is the same as those that are shipped for retail. However, enterprise devices will be enabled for our end-to-end Oculus for Business software solution including: device management via the Device Manager web portal, streamlined enterprise in-headset features, data security, enterprise-grade support and extended 24-month warranty.

Can I buy the software license separately?+
Oculus for Business is an entire solution offering. We do not release parts of the software as a bundle.
How do I engage with Oculus if I am a developer or ISV who has created a commercial solution for enterprise customers?+

Will I be reminded to renew my subscription?+
You will receive notification to renew your subscription. If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will need to factory reset your device so that it restores into a consumer device.
Can we disable Guardian permanently? If no, can we disable Guardian permanently in Developer mode?+
Yes, the admin has the ability to disable Guardian for a group of headsets via the Device Manager. Disabling Guardian is only supported for seated experiences and will default to an average seated height for the user.
Can I buy Rift S enterprise?+
Yes, Rift S can be purchased for enterprise use and comes with enhanced warranty and support. However, none of the enterprise software offerings are available on Rift S. Please visit the Product section to learn more.
Can I buy the consumer device and then buy the software license later?+
At this time, we only offer the hardware and the software license together in our Oculus for Business solution.
